This weekend I glued down the 2nd skin of the port forward bow panel.


I also taped that chine joint.


Shaving the tip of the bowstem/shelf connection so the side panels will fit flush went easily enough and was kinda fun.


Here is a look at the sheerline I have been working on developing. I am hoping to achieve a more sleek "skiff" look but am still fine tuning it.


Now it is time to figure out exactlyy where the rear framing members need to go. Renn says they define the dimensions of the cabin. I think I am going to more or less divide the boat into thirds. Cuddy (bunks) 6'6", Pilot cabin 7'6" and open deck 7'6"
