Great Barrier island October last year, although the pic doesn't show it was blowing 35 knots, and we were doing 12 knots all the way home.

What a great picture! There have been a handful of times when the spray is over the wheelhouse and I thought it would be awesome to have a picture of that moment. Your buddy boat captured it perfectly. Great looking boat. Thanks for posting it!
BTW, is that a Rocna anchor? I've sure been happy with mine.

Nice vid Paul! I quite like your transom area and the lines of your vessel.

Here's another pic of the green ginger busting through the waves

cool picture thanks for sharing.  I wish I could have gotten a picture of my ,tolman coming in this summer about 14 miles out, came in at 10 mph the whole way, swells good 5' with wind all of 15 knots and more, running slightly into the weather, almost broad side the whole way in.  Salt water was running off the roof at times.  These boats sure push water up and away from the boat, by the time the water falls the boat is getting a bath.  Never once even came close to really taking a wave over the front, it all just spray.  I have been impressed with the performance after a summer in the salt, other than docking in the wind issue.
